Meet the team
Jarrod Eastwood
DIRECTOR
Jarrod started his career working for one of the largest electrical companies in Australia and quickly realised his passion for delivering high quality and cost-effective electrical solutions to clients. Jarrod moved on to run his own business and after 5 years merged with Spire Electrical, a renowned company which he recognised was committed to the same professionalism and customer-focused service that he has been delivering for over a decade.
Sam Delamont
DIRECTOR
Having established Medicus Projects with Jarrod, Sam has presided over a rapid growth period taking on several employees whilst still maintaining his commitment to quality project delivery. Sam has project managed a vast array of construction projects and staff across Australia for the past 8 years. He has a diverse approach to construction and business management, from tendering to construction, post construction and beyond. Sam is heavily involved with each project, ensuring the best outcomes for Medicus Projects clients. Sam studied Construction Project Management and graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Matt Vella
PROJECT DIRECTOR
Matt brings over 25 years of invaluable construction and project management experience to the team with much of that time spent in the commercial fit out and refurb sector. With a steadfast commitment to achieving excellence, Matt’s expertise lies in meticulously translating client briefs into flawless executions through practical building techniques. As a key player in project management, Matt ensures timely and budget-conscious delivery while upholding industry standards. Armed with qualifications including an Architectural Drafting Diploma, Cert III in Carpentry, Cert IV in Building & Construction, and membership in the Master Builders Association, Matt’s wealth of knowledge enriches every aspect of our projects.

This project incorporated a 1200sq.m floor make good. The existing tenancy fitout was demolished and all services removed. New fire, electrical, mechanical and security services were roughed in to suit an open floor fitout. Installation of a new grid & tile ceiling throughout the floor, new carpet floor finishes were also installed. Base building Eagle light fittings were installed throughout the floor, with new emergency lighting & Exit signs. The perimeter walls, internal columns & core walls were painted.
