New fire, electrical, mechanical and security services were roughed in to suit an open floor fitout. Installation of a new grid & tile ceiling throughout the floor, new carpet floor finishes were also installed. Base building Eagle light fittings were installed throughout the floor, with new emergency lighting & Exit signs. The perimeter walls, internal columns & core walls were painted.
